RecruitRoam is a family planning tool for college visits, athletic recruiting travel, and school evaluation. A parent or legal guardian must create and control the family workspace. Athletes do not need their own account to use a family-shared trip view.

Planning information

Routes, arrival estimates, school and academic details, coach listings, event details, costs, and recommendations may change. Confirm every appointment, tour, date, gate, registration requirement, eligibility rule, coach role, and reservation with the official provider before traveling. RecruitRoam does not guarantee admission, roster placement, playing time, recruitment, scholarships, or athletic eligibility.

Official sources and names

School, academic program, athletic program, venue, and staff names and images may be shown to help families identify publicly available information. Schools and athletic organizations do not sponsor or endorse RecruitRoam unless explicitly stated. Source links and last-checked dates are provided where available.

Family responsibility

You are responsible for information you add, who you invite, the accuracy of self-planned visits and private invitations, travel decisions, expenses, and safe supervision of minors. Do not upload confidential medical, financial, or identity documents.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe other families' workspaces, automate abusive requests, impersonate a school or coach, or publish information you do not have the right to share.

Availability

The service is being released in a controlled Kansas City-area rollout and may change or experience interruptions. Features identified as samples or planned integrations are not live services.
